The shape of the agreement, written down early so it can be argued with. This is a draft and will be replaced by a reviewed version before anything is sold.
The licence
A Spale account licences the Spale programs on the computers you install SpaleHub on. A seat is a computer. The hub renews the licence while it is running; when it is closed the programs pause rather than deleting anything.
The agents are yours
SpaleStudio launches agent CLIs that you install and pay for. Their terms are between you and their providers. Spale does not resell model usage, does not proxy it, and takes no cut.
Your work is yours
Everything you or your agents write — code, notes, boards, skills — belongs to you. Spale claims nothing in it.
What is not promised
The software is provided as it is. Agents make mistakes; review what they write before you ship it. Spale is not liable for what an agent does to a repository you pointed it at.
Price and changes
There is one plan and no price yet. When there is one it will be published here before it takes effect, and account holders will be told first.
